LWADTKIT-2	(for jacks on top) Adapter kit for safety lead wires adapters and leads; converts older devices that took male 2.5mm metal plugs. The adapters must be glued into the original unit receptacle to become a permanent fixture of the old device, according to FDA regulation. Very easy to apply.
